Call for Volunteers

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH:
– translation (eng/fr/sp)
– driving
– set up / tear down (i.e. heaving chairs & tables around and beautifying)
– welcome desk
– sound tech
– documentation (video, audio, photo, note-taking)
– food (serving, washing dishes, cleaning)
– medic

If you can help with any of these tasks at the Forum, please get in touch by email. PLEASE WRITE « VOLUNTEER » in the subject line.

In your email, please let us know:
* when you are available between Friday, 29 January at noon and Sunday, 31
January at 10pm (please be as precise as possible);
* your preferred tasks and any tasks you won’t take on;
* which languages you are fluent in (i.e., just for communication, not
translation);
* telephone number where we can reach you; and
* any other information you think we should know about your volunteering.
