ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The Forum Against Police Violence and Impunity is a space that is committed to being inclusive and accessible. We are actively opposed to all forms of discrimination and oppression. We will not tolerate racist, homophobic, transphobic, classist, sexist or any other forms of oppressive language or behavior.

The Forum is intended to be a safe space for community members to express themselves and discuss their experiences freely. In the spirit of the Forum, we have adopted a « no police » policy, because individuals victimized by police violence should feel safe speaking out without fear of reprisal by police.

The space is not completely wheelchair accessible; please get in touch with access needs. Simultaneous translation will be offered throughout the weekend (in english, french and spanish). Childcare will be available on-site, please visit the welcome table for more information.
